Changes to Employee and Space Inventory data can wreak havoc on moves at all stages. To combat the potential for ever changing data, Wohltmann Consulting and Coyne Technology Consulting have created the ability to Check For Errors in the Move Management data in FM:Systems’ Workplace. Clients can configure an unlimited number of Error and Warning checks to run against the move list, leveraging any data available in FMSW. The results can be leveraged in color coding, saved queries, view filters, or within any configuration that supports your workflow(s). Additionally, Clients can configure automatic rules to correct data issues – such as employee data changes from HR that do not persist to pending move tickets (e.g. a name change). Having the ability to catch and correct issues with moves as early as possible is crucial to a successful and pain free move management process.
